X1 The robot does not follow the cleaning sequence

Troubleshooting

1.   Open the APP to check whether the map is normal, whether the map is   overlapped or the cleaning path is blocked.

2.   Exit the APP after emptying the cleaning sequence before in the APP, then   re-enter to reset it.

3.   Please upgrade the APP firmware version, shut down the robot for three   minutes and then restart it.

4.   Press the small round button for about 10 seconds and hear the startup music   to restore the factory settings.

5.   The robot starts from the charging dock and return to it after automatically   cleaning. Please check whether the created map is complete.

Maintenance Plan

1. Do not arrange post, first   confirm the fault phenomenon and the home environment with the user,   eliminate false faults to avoid no abnormal detection at the outlet.

2. If it is tested at the outlet   and the problem appears again, please replace the mainboard.
