Malfunction phenomenon

The robot cannot be turned on or cannot charge.

Troubleshooting

1.   Confirm whether the power switch is turned on and the I word status.

2.   Observe whether the base station is powered on, the light on the base station   touchpad is on, if not, please replace the socket to try.

3.   DEEBOT is turned on to charge. Manually move DEEBOT back to the base station   to charge. Voice control to charge. DEEBOT is charging when the indicator   light is blinking

4.   If DEEBOT has electricity, you can use the base station to recall DEEBOT to   charge.

Maintenance   Plan

1.Do not arrange post first, and   confirm the malfunction phenomenon with the user to avoid no abnormal   detection at the outlet.   2.Eliminate environmental factors,   check whether the power socket is powered on, replace the power socket to   test, and confirm that the power cord interface on the back of the base   station is installed properly.   3.Use the internal resistance meter to measure the battery voltage of   the machine, which needs to be more than 15V.   4.Disassemble the machine to check whether there is water in the inside   of DEEBOT and the base station. If so, please replace the corresponding   parts, and re-plug the DEEBOT mainboard wires.   5.Disassemble the machine to check whether the power light of the base   station adapter is on. If it is not on, consider that the adaptation   malfunction.   6.Finally, consider whether the main board is defective. (mainboard of   base station or DEEBOT)
