X1 Insufficient clean water in the base station

Troubleshooting

1.Take out the clean water bucket   and check whether there is water in it. If there is water, check whether the   water level is above the minimum water level (the float normal position).   2.If there is no water, please   add clean water to the clean water bucket.   3.Check whether the float in the   clean water bucket is normal, whether the float floats up, and whether it is   stuck or does not float up (Picture 1). If so, please instruct the user to   reinstall the float. (Picture 2)   4.Please clean the filter of the   clean water bucket. (Picture 3)   5.Check whether the magnets of   the clean water bucket and the float are complete.  

Maintenance Plan

1. If the clean water bucket   magnet or the float magnet is lost, please contact the user to send the clean   water bucket.

2. If the float of the clean   water bucket does not float up or is stuck, please re-install the float at   the outlet.

3. If the problem is still not   solved after eliminating the false fault, please check the base station clean   water level to detect whether the Hall components have rust or other   abnormalities, and replace the detection board. (Picture 1)

4. If the problem persists   after following the steps above, consider replacing the mainboard of the base   station. (Picture 2)
