1.   Confirm that the home network is normal, use the mobile browser to observe   the page refresh.

2.   Ask the user the router model. If the user uses a gateway for broadband   delivery, he needs the bridge router;

3.   If the user uses a Wi-Fi 6 version router, please ask them to turn on the   compatible Wi-Fi 5 mode.

4.   Confirm whether the location permissions, APP running permissions and network   permissions are allowed in your mobile phone. (Picture 1)

5.   Check the DEEBOT firmware version, and use the hotspot to upgrade the DEEBOT   version to the latest.

Maintenance   Plan

If troubleshooting is invalid, maintenance according to the following   plans:

1. Re-plug the WIFI antenna module, if it is invalid, please replace   the WIFI antenna.

2. The APP in the mobile phone is offline, and the WIFI light on the   robot panel flashes, please find a network signal that can be connected   normally to restart the network setup. If the robot fails to restart the   network setup, you can judge that the mainboard of the robot is defective and   replace it.
