troubleshooting | 1. Please confirm that the APP network permissions and address access permissions are normal. 2. Please confirm that the WIFI account password has no special symbols, Chinese characters and punctuations. 3. If there are multiple WIFI at home, it is recommended that the mobile phone ignore other WIFI, only connect to 2.4G and conduct network setup. 4. Please check the router at home, if the set is mixed, you need to open the 2.4G network, if it is a gateway, you need the bridge router. 5. When connecting the robot to your phone, you only need to click the network setup button once, please do not click more than once. 6. Please use the hotspot for network setup. If the network setup is successful, you can manually add other WIFI networks in the WIFI management in the APP. | |
