Maintenance Plan | 1.Turn on the robot to test and the malfunction appears again. 2.Turn off the robot and turn it over to manually rotate the left and right side brush motors and the main brush motor to check whether the resistance is the same. If they are different, please replace the abnormal side brush motor or the main brush motor. 3.When the robot is cleaning, the side brushes and the main brush sometimes do not rotate, you can replace the corresponding motor to check whether the robot is normal. 4.Use a multimeter to measure the corresponding components of the side brush motor and the main brush motor on the mainboard to check whether the mainboard is good or bad. If the components are damaged, you need to replace the corresponding motor and mainboard simultaneously. 5.If the side brush motor and the main brush motor rotate by itself again after turning on the robot, please replace all the corresponding motors and mainboard. |
