X1 The robot does not return to charge
Troubleshooting | Slip 1. Check whether the base station tray and the surrounding ground have many water stains. If so, please wipe the recharging tray and the surrounding ground with a dry cloth. 2. Add cleaning solution to the water tank, spray the cleaning solution for 5-8 times, and then fill it with water. 3. Adjust the water level in the app to low water flow level. 4. When using the mopping pad for the first time, it needs to be dry to stick on the mopping pad plate to avoid getting wet. DEEBOT does not return to base station when passing it 1. If your home has no electricity, the base station will not be powered on, and the robot will not return to charge. 2. Confirm the starting position of the robot. If it does not start from the base station, please instruct it to start from the base station. 3. Detect the signal of the base station, use the Android phone camera function to aim at the base station, if no signal, please replace the charging seat if not. 4. Please place the cleaning seat on a flat ground. As the map has positioning issues such as overlapping or lost, DEEBOT cannot find the charging dock. 1. Whether the robot is trapped during the cleaning process and alerts. If so, please help to deal with it. 2. When the map has been created, if it is confused/overlaid/tilted or inconsistent with the original created map, you can try to restore the map. 3. If the map recovery is invalid, it is recommended that you use Quick Mapping to recreate the map after deleting it. Note: ① Restoring the map can only restore the map you saved the last time. |
