Maintenance Plan

1. Do not arrange post first, and   confirm the malfunction phenomenon with the user to avoid no abnormal   detection at the outlet.

2. If the guidance of eliminating   false faults is invalid, post can be arranged according to the malfunction   judgment.

3. First connect to the Internet   to check the version first, and then voice control the machine automatically   collect dust to check whether it can collect dust and check whether the dust   bag is installed properly and whether it is damaged.

4. Use another machine to test   whether the automatic dust collection is normal. If it is normal, then   consider the problem of DEEBOT. If it cannot collect dust, consider the   problem of the base station.

5. DEEBOT problem is related to   the charging wires and the mainboard.

6. About the base station   problem, first use a multimeter to check whether the charging   module is powered on, then consider the power panel and the dust collection   fan.
