Troubleshooting

1.   Confirm whether the robot's main brush/side brushes/driving wheels are stuck   with foreign objects, whether the main brush cover is not installed properly,   and whether the suction is adjusted to a strong gear.

2.   Whether the dust bin is too full to cause abnormal noise, and whether the   robot has mopped the water.

3.   The robot or the mobile phone makes a harsh sound during the voice call.   During the voice call, the robot and the mobile phone are in the same room,   and there will be a whistling sound.

When   using it, it is recommended to separate the robot and the mobile phone as far   as possible from the wall or to communicate at a longer distance.

Maintenance Plan

1. Do not arrange post first, and   confirm the malfunction phenomenon with the user to avoid no abnormal   detection at the outlet.

2. If the abnormal noise is   caused by the loss or wear of the main brush end cover, please send spare   parts.

3. If the abnormal noise is   caused by the main brush cover, please cut the hanging strip appropriately.

4. If the universal wheel has   abnormal noise, check whether it is seriously worn. If it is, please replace   the universal wheel. If it not, please clean and wipe the universal wheel.

5. If the fan has abnormal noise,   please replace the fan.

6. If the abnormal sound is   caused by the broken teeth of the driving wheel, please replace it.
