Troubleshooting | 1. Tap the front, middle and rear positions of the bumper with your hand to check the its rebound condition. 2. Turn off the robot and turn it over, gently lay the bottom up, and press the driving wheels to check its rebound condition. 3. If the rebound is abnormal, there are foreign objects stuck. Press both sides of the driving wheels and rotate the driving wheels to remove the entanglement. 4. All of the above are normal, ask the user about the alarm environment, whether it is caused by mopping the floor to eliminate the slip. 5. Turn off the robot and then turn it on again. Observe whether the problem persists when the robot runs. |

Maintenance Plan | 1.The problem appears again when the robot runs. 2.Turn off the robot and rotate the driving wheel by hand to check whether the resistance is the same, if not, replace the abnormal driving wheel. 3.If the alert is caused by the mopping mode, check the rubber coating condition of the driving wheels. If the wear is serious, please replace it. 4.If the robot moves around in circles in a large range, please check the installation of the driving wheel wires with fast speed, and re-plug it. If it is ineffective, please replace the driving wheel. 5.Use a multimeter to measure the corresponding components of the driving wheels on the mainboard to check the mainboard is good or bad. If the components are damaged, the driving wheel and the main board must be replaced at the same time. 6.(PS special circumstances: side view and abnormal wires can also cause the situation that the robot moves around in circles.) |
