1. 10-minute back to wash; 15-minute back to wash; 25-minute back to wash.

2. The map will be automatically backed up after it is created; yet will not be automatically backed up after map expansion or manual editing.

Network & mobile phone settings

1. video manager can not open or no display, remote control delay is serious

1)  Check the machine WIFI connection status, which needs to be in a good WIFI signal area to properly open the video manager；

2) Video manager requires the agreement of user authorization, please check the corresponding privacy agreement before use；

3) It may take sometime to load the screen as the home network may have different delays at different times; if it fails for many times, please restart the machine and connect；

4) Check that if there is anything blocking the camera；

5) Home network coverage could influence the screen display, sometimes there could be 1-2s delay or 6-7s when the network is not good.

2. Voice call fails

1) Please check whether the network of Deebot and cell phone is connected properly.

2) Please make sure the app has obtained the Mic permission of your phone;

3) Close the app completely and reopen it to re-establish the voice call connection

Privacy

1. Where are the photos captured by Deebot stored during home cruises? How is user privacy safeguarded?

1) During the Home Cruise feature, Deebot stores the captured pictures in the ECOVACS cloud server. Users can manage or delete these pictures at any time by the Ecovacs App. Once the selected images or records are to be deleted, they would completely disappear from the server.

2) Ecovacs ensures that any information stored by the robot on its servers will be only used for the purpose of providing video management services. Ecovacs will not access or process such information without the express consent of the user.

2. Does AIVI 3D module's camera violate user privacy ？

AIVI 3D module has two cameras, mainly used in the cleaning process to identify and detect obstacles for a better cleaning. We promise that there will be no invasion of privacy. We always put the consumer's right to privacy in the first place.

Deebot

1. Can DEEBOT X1 run in dark environment?

 Yes. With DToF navigation technology and AIVI 3D obstacle avoidance technology, DEEBOT X1 can perform floor cleaning in dark light conditions.

2. DEEBOT X1 Real-time cleaning route mess？

(1) Please check whether the AIVI 3D module is dusty, if it is, please wipe it gently with dry tissue.

(2) With many obstacles on the ground, high precision obstacle avoidance function may make the cleaning route looking messy.

3. Miss cleaning in some rooms ？

（1）If a carpet or floor mat is placed at the entrance of the room, the machine will not try to cross in order not to wet them in the sweeping and mopping mode, which could result in the room in the other direction of the carpet or floor mat being missed.

（2） If the threshold of the room is higher than 2cm,  a height that exceeding barrier crossing height, miss cleaning could generate.
