Malfunction phenomenon

DEEBOT does not spray out water.

troubleshooting

1.   Confirm that the robot firmware version and APP version are the latest.

2.   Check whether the voice assistant says that the mopping pad plate has been   installed after install it.

3.   Check how dirty the mopping pad is, and try after cleaning the mopping pad.

4.   Wipe the water outlet at the bottom of the robot with a mopping pad to   prevent foreign objects blocking it.

Maintenance Plan

1. Do not arrange post first, and   confirm the malfunction phenomenon with the user to avoid no abnormal   detection at the outlet.

2. First connect to the Internet   to check the version first, and then install the mopping pad plate to test   the working state of the robot.

3. If the robot cannot sensor the   mopping pad plate, then consider the mopping pad plate wires.

4. Disassemble the robot and   check the water pipe and the water pump. If it is dropped, damaged or   deformed, please replace the water pipe.

5. Consider other parts such as   water pump, water tank and the mainboard.
