Troubleshooting

1.   Instruct the user to wipe the button panel of the base station with a dry   cloth, and if there is a protective film, please remove it.

2.   Unplug the power cord of the base station and turn it on again.

Maintenance Plan

1.   Do not arrange post, first confirm the fault phenomenon and the home   environment with the user, eliminate false faults to avoid no abnormal   detection at the outlet.

2.   If the clean water automatically flows out from time to time after powering   on the base station, please consider the button panel of the base station   malfunction.

3.   If the clean water flows out after powering on the base station, please   consider that the base station mainboard cannot properly control the   electromagnetic pump chip, causing the motor to rotate after powering on. At   this time, it is necessary to replace the motor and the base station   mainboard at the same time.
