X1 DEEBOT cannot connect with the base station

Troubleshooting

1.Confirm whether the distance   between the robot and the base station is too far. If the distance is   exceeded, it is recommended to operate in the app.   2.Check the firmware version and   upgrade it to the latest.   3.Check whether the firmware has   just been upgraded or the robot has been restarted. The robot needs time to   respond when restarting, and a disconnection prompt will appear. Please wait   for 3 minutes before using the robot.   4.If the robot is near the base   station, it does not respond to the base station command or the APP prompts   "the robot has disconnected with the base station", you can turn   off the power switch of the robot, unplug the power of the base station, wait   for 1-2 minutes, then turn on the robot and power on the base station to   re-match.   5.If it is still invalid, please   collect sn: ①It has been disconnected for   a long time, or it is short-term disconnection or intermittently   disconnection; ② if it is a short-term disconnection, ask the user for the   specific disconnection scene and the timing; it is helpful for us to check   the problem.  

Maintenance Plan

If troubleshooting is invalid, maintenance according to the following   plans:

1. It can be successfully re-matched, but sometime it will be   disconnection. Please collect the SN code and report it to the headquarter to   remote processing.

2. if the re-match fails, try cross match verification. if it is   verified that the robot cannot be matched, please confirm whether the   mainboard of the robot is defective, and replace it.
