The fixed or unfixed areas are missed to clean, or sometimes the robot  prompts that the work has been completed after cleaning two rooms

Troubleshooting

1.   Confirm that the machine firmware version and APP version are the latest. (Picture 1)

2.   Check the APP map, if it is incomplete or tilted, please change the location   of the charging dock and restart mapping to test. (Picture 2)

3.   Confirm the missed cleaning environment and the running status of the robot.   If there is no problem in the environment, please use the Vacuum Mode to   test.

4.   Turn off the 3D obstacle avoidance functional to test, and observe whether   the robot is stuck when working. (Picture   3)

5.   Confirm whether the robot slips when working, if it does, please reduce the   water level and clean the driving wheels.

Maintenance Plan

1.If the problem persists, it can   predict that the parts are defective, you can apply for new parts and arrange   the user to post them.   2.If there is no problem with the   environment, but the robot misses certain areas in mopping mode, please check   the ultrasonic module, and the reason is that it misidentifies the carpet.   Related parts: ultrasonic circuit board/ultrasonic/mainboard.   3.Maps are overlaid onto each   other, and the layers are misaligned. If maps need to be restored many times,   the problem is caused by positioning. Related parts: D-TOF/mainboard/D-TOF   communication wires.   4.Eliminate environmental factors.   If the robot works normally after turning off 3D obstacle avoidance, the   problem is caused by structured light, and you need to re-calibrate. Related   parts: structured light connecting line/bumper/mainboard.   5.Relevant extension: sensor module   such as side view/anti-drop sensor/D-TOF switch or motor module card will   cause the robot sometimes prompts that the work has been completed after   cleaning two rooms.
